Meditation Sessions

The whole ethos and heart of Casa Delhi is to create a safe haven and retreat away from the stresses and strains of the world – to reconnect the human spirit to nature.

The meditation that takes place here is not restricted to a type or form, to a session or formula – it’s an open space for you to meditate, reflect, and unwind how you wish – there are no right or wrong ways to meditate.

If you wish to meditate or contemplate, you will always find plenty of quiet and natural space to do so at your leisure. If you want a more guided meditation, in the early mornings you can join our meditation walks along the grounds where as a group you will be guided through breathing techniques, meditation activities and mindfulness.
